There are Certain securities that cannot be sold by the Series 22 DPP Registered Representative — either because these securities are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 or the trades take place on the secondary market.
The test is composed of 100 multiple-choice questions. A maximum of 135 minutes is allowed for candidates to complete the DPP Exam. Each multiple-choice question is worth one point. Candidates will be required to correctly answer 70 or more of the 100 questions on the Serries 22 Exam in order to pass.
If you are a real estate professional and are looking to act as a broker in a limited capacity, you will need a firm to sponsor you and set you up as a broker. Our primary firm will not sponsor for the 22, but will sponsor for the Series 7. The Series 7 overrides the Series 22. If you are licensed Series 7, you do not need the DPP license.
There is no study material for the Series 22 exam, since it is not a test that is taken that often. What you will most likely need to do, is purchase the Series 7 course and use the Series 22 study outline Here
