Summary

We are actively seeking a Director of Over the Counter Markets in our Chicago office. In this position, you will work with various domestic and International hedgers, commercial brokers and asset managers trading OTC derivatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead Brokers in the sales efforts of all OTC products
• Develop a clear strategy to attract and develop new business opportunities within the US
• Identify market changes and capture opportunities due to these changes
• Stay abreast of changes in regulation and industry initiatives and keep senior management informed
• Manage the client implementation process and create project plans to ensure all new accounts are launched in a timely manner

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of OTC experience required
• Institutional and corporate experience required
• Agriculture, energies and base metals experience preferred
• Must display excellent presentation skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Project management experience
• Series 3 strongly preferred
• Bachelors degree required
