After you have completed training and become a licensed real estate agent, there will be ongoing continuing education requirements. The usual minimum is 15 hours or so every 2 years with more or less depending on your state.
A real estate career can be a wonderful and rewarding career. Training "by the books" is the first step. Training in the "real world" will be the steps you will take for the remainder of your career, and hopefully that staircase leads you to the promise land of great success!
Licensing may require post credit hours for continuing education. CE Credit training is also available online for licensed brokers and salespersons.
Online License course training is currently allowed in states including: Alabama, California, Georgia, Missouri, New York, Texas, and Virginia. Most states allow for online Real Estate Continuing Education and other supplemental school courses.
Continuing Education - CE
After a Real Estate License is obtained, there are mandatory continuing education credits that must be received as you hold your license. CE training is tracked by our school and credit hours are given to the student.
