Pro Staff is seeking talent with a focus on customer service to support their Health and Life insurance customer lines. All calls are inbound. This role will provide assistance and direction in customer inquiries, policy servicing, claims questions, and obtaining all necessary information to ensure policies are maintained with up to date accurate information. Shift start times will vary between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM. It will be necessary to be flexible within all start times. A $250 bonus is given at the end of training and another $250 before year end. We do have several openings, so an additional $100 referral bonus is paid for each talent you refer to Pro Staff, for this position, and is paid after the referral completes training.

In order to ensure customers are provided knowledgeable information, it will be necessary to be licensed in Life Insurance. If only licensed in one state, this company will provide licensing in other states as well, which is part of their partnership to you.
